When the idea for LymphShop was first born, the team realised how important it was for those wearing Haddenham compression garments to have access to ‘Extra Pairs’. Up until now these would have needed to be ordered through lymphoedema clinics or via prescription from GPs. This restriction also limited patients to having only 2 sets of garments to last for a 6-12 month period.

This is one of many frustrations we have heard patients voice over the years; you wouldn't necessarily have only two pairs of socks or tights to use for a period of 6-12 months!

Many of us enjoy matching our socks or tights to the clothes that we are wearing, having a variety of colours or patterns available to grab in a morning. We feel this is equally important when it comes to wearing compression hosiery. 

Whilst we all understand that our NHS clinics and GP’s have to stick to a budget, patients should be given the choice and information to enable them to explore ordering extra garments if they would like to.

It's safe and really easy!

Before ordering be sure to have your current garments to hand so that you can see what is written on the sewn in label, this information helps us to identify which garment you are wearing and remake it exactly as before.

Step 1. 

From any Lymphshop page click on the Link which says Extra Garments

Step 2.

You will then be taken to the screen that has two drop down boxes asking ‘which part of the body is your garment for?’ and ‘Do the words Custom Made appear on the sewn in label?’ Select those which apply to you and click the green 'Proceed' button.

Step 3.

If you do not have a custom made garment you will then be taken to a screen which asks you to input the product code of your current garment. Your product will be at the top of the sewn-in label and once identified can be selected from the drop down list.

Step 4.

Next you will also need to provide your garments LOT Number (e.g. 719871-1), which is usually found at the bottom of the sewn-in label.

Step 5.

If your garment is Custom Made then the words 'Custom Made' will appear on the sewn-in label above the LOT Number.

For Custom Made Extra Garments you will not need to enter a product code; Lymphshop will automatically identifythe correct product code and price based on the Lot Number.

Step 6.

Once you have completed filling in this information you can select as many pairs in as many colours as you wish. You will then add them to your basket and complete your purchase as directed.

Step 7. Add to Basket!
