What are your delivery charges and options?
- Free delivery as standard for all orders over £25 (otherwise £4.80) via Royal Mail Tracked 48 - delivery usually within 2-3 days.
- £6.60 charge to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 - delivery usually within 1-2 days.
- £10.80 charge to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery - next day delivery before 1pm.
All prices stated include VAT.
Unless stated otherwise all items are held in stock. The only exceptions being 'Extra Garments' from Haddenham Healthcare which are made to order within 8-10 working days, after which they will be despatched via the delivery option you request at checkout. All delivery timeframes are dependent on orders being placed before 2pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed after this time (or at the weekend) will add an additional 1 day to delivery time estimates.
What if I'm not at home when my order is delivered?
Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions directing you to collect the parcel from your nearest sorting office or post office.
Can I track my order?
When your order is despatched, a confirmation will be sent to your email address containing a link to track your parcels progress through Royal Mails system.
Is your packaging discreet?
Our packaging has minimal branding and is not identifiable as containing medical products.
Do you part ship orders?
Orders will be despatched in as few parcels as possible. For example, if you were to order a bottle of skin cream and some 'Extra Garments' (which are made-to-order in 8-10 days) the skin cream would be held until the garments were ready to depsatch. All items in LymphShop are available for same day despatch (for orders placed before 2pm) except where stated otherwise. The only exceptions currently are 'Extra Garments'.
