This agreement applies as between you, the user of this website and LymphShop, a trading name of Haddenham Healthcare Ltd, the owner of this Website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the website. No part of this website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon our sending an order confirmation email to you indicating that your order has been received and is being processed.
We store the contract's content and will send you the details of your order, our general terms as well as mails relating to your order via email. You can find the terms here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found in your customer login assuming you have created an account.
Definitions and interpretation
In this agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:

ii. "Carrier" means any third party responsible for transporting purchased goods from our premises to customers;

In order to maximise the value of this website when purchasing goods and / or using the enquiry form facilities we recommend you create an account. However, it is possible to utilise Guest Checkout. In either case we will capture certain personal details. Please note Payment Information will not be held by this website but will be retained by third party systems e.g. PayPal or Apple Pay. By continuing to use this website you represent and warrant that:
i. All information you submit is accurate and truthful;

Termination and cancellation
Either LymphShop or you may terminate your account. If LymphShop terminates your account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
If LymphShop terminates your account, any current or pending purchases on your account will be cancelled and will not be dispatched.
LymphShop reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
If you terminate your account any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
Goods, pricing and availability
i. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and descriptions of goods available from LymphShop correspond to the actual goods, LymphShop is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to variations of the correct goods, not different goods altogether. Please refer to clauses Return of Goods and Return Costs for incorrect goods.
ii. Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required size, model, colour, quantity of the goods that you are purchasing.
iii. All pricing information on the website is correct at the time of going online. LymphShop reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

Delivery
If LymphShop receives no communication from you, within 7 (seven) days of delivery, regarding any problems with the goods, you are deemed to have received the goods in full working order and with no problem.
Non-Delivery of goods
All web shop orders over £25.00 in value are sent free of charge via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which is a 2 to 3 day service. Alternative delivery options are available at a cost, see the “Delivery” section of the website.
Royal Mail’s policy of a non-delivery - if a customer raises a query for non-delivery of an order, the Royal Mail won’t consider an item of mail to be lost until 15 working days from the date it was due to be delivered, or ten days for items sent by special delivery. If the parcel is still not delivered after this time period the customer is to inform the supplier (Haddenham Healthcare Ltd) after the 15 working days have elapsed and a replacement will be sent free of charge. The replacement order will be despatched via the Royal Mail’s trackable service.
The customer is requested to check whether the mail was correctly addressed, the mail was redirected, a mail collection was missed, the postman or postwoman can’t access the building or there has been a public holiday.
Right to cancel
LymphShop aims to always provide high quality goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these terms and conditions.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
As our compression products are hygiene articles we may make a 100 % deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the products have been used.
Otherwise we will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than either
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Retention of reimbursement
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is also met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Return costs
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Where the goods are determined to be at fault, or delivered in error, such cost will be re-imbursed to you in full.
Liability for diminished value of the goods
As our compression products are hygiene articles you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from opening their packages and using them.
Warranty
If any goods develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty.

Damage during delivery
If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to Haddenham Healthcare Ltd. within 14 days and arrange collection and return. Upon receipt of the returned goods, you will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods.
LymphShop reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Factors which may be taken into account in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to any characteristics of the goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
